Personal growth and investing in yourself is healthy self-love. Love me ceremonies include individually-tailored workshops called Deep Dive, Breath Travel & Energy Flow.

Essential aim: development of such personal skills focusing, resilience, balance & passion.

“Being you own best friend” is the foundation of this development. During the free intake, we will discuss and identify your own personal needs.

Once upon a time, a man found an eagle’s egg and placed it under a brooding hen. The eaglet hatched with the chickens and grew up to be like them. He clucked and cackled, scratched the earth for worms, flapped wings and managed to fly a few feet in the air.

Years passed. One day, the eagle, now grown old, saw a magnificent bird above him in the sky. It glided in graceful majesty against the powerful wind, with scarcely a movement of its golden wings.

The eagle asked “Who’s that?”. “That’s the king of the birds, the eagle”, said his neighbor. “He belongs to the sky. We belong to the earth. We are chickens”.

So, the eagle lived as a chicken for that’s what he thought he was.

01 - Deep Dive

    • What you think and more importantly, what you do with your thoughts is critical.

    • Are you conducting positive thinking?

    • Let’s practice how to empower and manifest your thoughts.

    • Tools developed by Byron Katie, Mindgym and physical exercises will guide you.

    • Your thoughts make you feel good or bad about yourself.

    • Do you trust your feelings and do you follow them?

    • Tools like Heartmath and breathing techniques help you have better control of your feelings.

    • Sometimes IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) can help you neutralize past negative experiences that trigger harmful feelings in the now.

    • Your diet is of high importance. Let’s dive into your eating & drinking habits to see if there is room for improvement.

    • Sports and time spent outdoors are crucial to your feelings as well.

    • Trust your feelings and learn how to bounce back. Resilience is a skill you can develop and improve.

    • The way you think & feel will influence your behavior.

    • Do you communicate openly and honestly with other people? Or are you often compromising or fighting?

    • Together we will analyse and create a platform for positive change.

    • Non-verbal communication is unconscious behaviour and therefore part of the ‘deep dive’ . Together, we will analyze what your body reveals…

    • Training your focus will improve your actions as will goal setting and clarifying your priorities.

Your strengths and faibles/weaknesses reveal opportunities for growth so that you can face challenges like fear, addictive behaviour and lack of self-esteem. Get close to your teachers. Weaknesses can become strengths.

    • Let’s dive into your habits.

    • When you breathe slowly, your body & mind relax.

    • Think about a situation that stresses you and then inhale deeply & slowly. This will calm you.

    • The oxygen in your blood clears your mind.

    • The nervus system reacts positively to better breathing and contributes to a calmer state of mind.

    • The longer the oxygen stays in your system, the more is absorbed, transported & released.

    • You will feel healthier & more energized because your organs are well fed.

03 - Energy Flow

When a person enters the room, you can feel their energy. Their joy, power, courage, boredom, fear or shame. Energy flows thru our bodies and attract other vibrations. As Albert once said “Everything in life is vibration”.

Birds know when to fly, Newborn baby turtles instinctively find their way to the sea. The ocean generates energy thru the ebb & flow of the tides. We are all part of nature.
